In December 1979, Hamlin created a new concept called Living Room Theatre in order to continually market the company.  The company began performing monologues and scenes from various plays in the living rooms of families in the community.  NCBRC hoped to: (1) introduce the Company to the public and (2) expose disadvantaged families to live theatre.  (Caption:  Blind Brother Jordan (Larry Leon Hamlin) stands to tell his story in Sly of the Blind Pig by Phillip Hayes Dean in 1980 (Photo courtesy of Larry Leon Hamlin))
