By Michelle Petties

This interactive session explores the deep connection between nutrition, emotional well-being, and creative performance. Artists, performers, and arts leaders often push their minds and bodies to the limit, yet few recognize the impact of emotional eating, stress-related food habits, and poor nutrition on their stamina, mental clarity, and artistic output.
